CASE STUDY: Chevrolet Brazil Global Tour, TEG Live & TLA Worldwide – Sports Presentation & Creative Services

Max Events is contracted by TEG Live and TLA Worldwide to deliver Sport Presentation & Event Production Services for their international sporting tours. The Chevrolet Brazil Global Tour showcased the top two football teams in the world, Brazil and Argentina, during a friendly match in front of 95,000 fans at the MCG. Brazil also played the Australian National team, the Socceroos.

 

As part of this contract Max Events is engaged to create and manage a match day experience that is entertaining on an international scale. Developing content that is engaging and entertaining for the fans and provides them with a Brazilian Football Experience was a key focus for Max Events.

Nature of the Tasks Undertaken

 

• Source, present and execute creative concepts with a Brazilian themed look and feel

• Creation of still graphics and full screen boards that represent the event and club branding

• Video Package creation such as hype reels and rivalry rev up packages

• Creation of LED and Lighting entertainment concepts for use during a black out

• Animation graphics for the big screen and LED

• Provide music compilations for pre-match entertainment, holding tracks, walk out tracks, goal stings and team winning tracks

• Ensure all creative content is provided as per MCG formatting guidelines

• Provide creative content to the venue in the correct format for IPTV use

• Preparation of the content cue sheet
