Nature of the Tasks Undertaken
Max Events is contracted to provide end to end event management for MIS, including:
• Event documentation – Manage project plans, run sheets, cue sheets and scripting
• Event setup – Manage the build of the stage backdrop, reception area, media walls, exhibition. Coordinate the bump in / out of all suppliers and exhibitors
• Event delivery – Show calling, stage management and floor management
• Delegate Management – Registration and customer service for delegates
• Exhibitor Management – Creation of Exhibitor Guide and all exhibitor forms necessary for bump in / out, additional setup requirements, production of signage for their booths
• Branding – Manage production of delegate badges, wristbands, banners and signage
• Venue Liaison – Menu, floor plans, logistics
• Video / Graphics Production – Producing video packages and creating graphics for screens
• Technical Management – Sourcing and briefing technical supplier
• Financial Management – Delivering the event within the allocated budget and providing a post event reconciliation
• Commercial Properties – Ensuring key sponsors are acknowledged and event branding is as per their contracts
