Max Events was founded by Noda Zissis to capitalise on the growing need for a specialised and experienced events service offering within the sports and entertainment industry.

Noda commenced his career in events with the Hawthorn Football Club managing the club’s events program prior to being appointed Project Manager for all AFL games played at Aurora Stadium in Launceston.

This Tasmanian State Government and Hawthorn Football Club initiative has been the catalyst in Noda’s career as he was the original appointment in delivering AFL football in Tasmania encompassing all areas – event management, logistics, operations, sports presentation & production, membership, merchandise, sponsorship, corporate hospitality, public relations, marketing and promotions.

After two years in this position, Noda moved on to establish his own event management company – Max Events

Max Events has grown considerably since its formation in 2002, with successful expansion of its client base and service offering to the broader corporate markets.

Max Events has successfully managed this growth by appointing experienced event management and customer service focused staff to account manage the various projects undertaken.

Today, Max Events delivers a suite of services focused on event management, logistics, sports presentation, production and entertainment.
