HYUNDAI A-LEAGUE, FFA – CENTRALISED GRAPHICS & ANIMATIONS

Max Events is contracted to deliver Sport Presentation & Event Production Services for Football Federation Australia (FFA) at all national team matches (Socceroos & Matildas), Hyundai A-League (HAL), Westfield W-League and Westfield FFA Cup Final.

As part of this contract Max Events is engaged to create and manage the centralised content for Hyundai A-League regular season matches league wide and provide a customised file sharing system for all 10 HAL Clubs to utilise for their sports presentation needs each home game.

Nature of the Tasks Undertaken

• Creation of both club specific and HAL specific motion graphics

• Creation of all still graphics and full screen boards with HAL branding and club specific branding

• Etching and creation of all HAL player headshots

• Creation of LED with variations per HAL club

• Creation of video packages

• Selection and creation of centralised music tracks

• Creation of TVC reel schedules over 27 rounds

• Preparation and participation at 1 HAL Workshop with all Clubs

• Production of Sports Presentation Online Platform and season information for each club including centralised key timings, music selection and compilation, announcement scripts, TVCs & pronunciation guides

• Establishment and ongoing management of a secure File Sharing System allowing clubs to remotely access all sports presentation material.

• Update of all centralised vision packages and graphics

• Weekly production of headshots and etching images
