A-LEAGUE GRAND FINAL– EVENT PRODUCTION

The showpiece event for FFA each year is the Hyundai A-League Grand Final. The host venue is determined upon the results of the Finals Series where the highest place team to qualify for the Grand Final secures the right to host it on their home ground, the outcome of which is only clear one week prior. Max Events has managed the Sports Presentation and Event Production for the FFA at the past three HAL Grand Finals, hosted at Adelaide Oval, Allianz Stadium and McDonald Jones Stadium in Newcastle.

The Event Production of the HAL Grand Final  contains a significant amount of pre-planning at up to 4 venues across multiple states to be prepared for wherever the Grand Final may be hosted. Max Events works extremely closely with FFA on the HAL Finals Series and Grand Final to produce a captivating event for fans of both competing clubs whether that be outside the ground in the precinct with entertainment and engaging activations for fans on approach to the venue or inside the ground in the lead up to kick off, at half time and of course a seamless post match presentation.

Nature of the Tasks Undertaken

• The provision of technical requirements including equipment and personnel for audio, communication and vision

• Creation of still graphics and full screen boards

• Creation of animated graphics (including LED)

• Creation of video packages

• Source, present and execute best practice fan interaction elements

• Selection, programming and playing of music including national anthems

• Provision of expert show callers

• Creation and collation of all vision packages and graphics

• Provision of a range of options and subsequent procurement of all anthem performers, talent and ground announcers required for all match day activities

• Management of video screen and public announcements including FFA’s commercial requirements and the venue’s operational requirements
