MELBOURNE STORM – EVENT PRODUCTION & MATCH DAY ENTERTAINMENT

Max Events commenced working with Melbourne Storm in late 2012, in preparation for the 2013 season. In its current agreement, Max Events is contracted to manage and deliver all club match day entertainment and event production.

Each season Melbourne Storm host 12 home games at AAMI Park from March until September. Melbourne Storm also hosts a number of themed rounds, their biggest being the annual ANZAC Day Match which includes a pre match ceremony incorporating cultural performers from Australia and New Zealand and a ceremony carried out by the Australian Defence Force.

Nature of the Tasks Undertaken

• Creative planning concepts and initiatives

• Account Manage the clubs total Sport Presentation Program

• Cue sheet preparation, management and key timings

• Production of slide content

• Talent sourcing and management (MC, Ground Announcer, Entertainers, Singers, Cultural Performers etc.)

• Provision of all Technical Staff and Equipment

• Coordination of all planning (pre and post) meetings with key stakeholders,
